Meet Russ Schafer, one of our owner/operators. He’s been in the service industry for over a decade and is passionate about providing quality products and services to his clients. His favorite part of running a business is getting to know new people and creating relationships. His specialty is on the operations side— making everything run smoothly and efficiently. He’s a husband and a father of three children, enjoys sports and hunting, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Owner/Operator
Meet Colton Budrow, one of our owner/operators. Previous to working with Koala, he moved pianos for several years. He is an incredible leader and a detail-oriented technician. When he isn’t cleaning windows and leading teams, he’s pounding it at the gym.
